“过去完成时”主要是指在过去的特定时间内完成的行为。火龙果语法检查
描述在过去某一时刻或某一行动之前已完成的行为
指在过去的某个时刻或行动之前已经完成的行动，也称“过去的行动”。通常用介词短语 by、 before或时间状语从句来表示过去的时刻，也可用动作或上下文来表示表示过去的时刻。火龙果语法检查

㈡用于表示未被实现的愿望或意图
动词 hope, wish, plan, want, mean, intend, attempt, think, expect等表示“打算，计划，希望，认为”等的动词，在过去完成时表示“做了”。火龙果错别字检查

像 hardly/scarcely... when..., no sooner... than...这样的特殊句式，当主句使用过去式完成时，表示“一.....”如果在句首加上否定副词 hardly、 scarcely、 nosooner等，则通常主句部分倒装。

以前完成进行时的用法基本上与现在完成进行时相同，只是参考时间不同。以往完成进行时将“过去的过去”作为时间参考点，而现在完成进行时将“过去”作为时间参考点。进行时是指从“过去的过去”的某个时刻开始，并延续到过去的动作或状态，动作或状态是否继续，需要根据上下文确定。火龙果错别字检查
